2019 Exam Results

2019 Exam Results are available on Tuesday 2019.

If your results are not as expected please do not panic. The SQA website has information and where to get support www.sqa.org.uk

Post Results Service

If one of your results was lower than you expected it may be possible to submit a request for a Clerical Check or Marking Review for that subject. Please see the information on the SQA website for more details  https://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/79048.html.

Reviews have to be approved by the Head Teacher and we have to adhere to Dundee City Council guidelines. Consent must be obtained, in writing, from both pupil and parent for a Post Results request to be made as grades can go up, down or remain the same. The school deadlines for making a Post Results Request are shown:-

  • Priority Marking Reviews (PMR) is the end of the school day on Wednesday 14th August 2019. A PMR is only to be logged with SQA for any candidate who has a place at university on hold pending a successful PMR.
  • The deadline for Non-Priority Marking Reviews (NPMR) is the end of the school day on Thursday 22nd August 2019.

If you wish the school to consider a request please contact your Guidance Teacher and subject PT when you return to school on Tuesday 13th August or if you have left school please email Mrs Barbour (DHT/SQA Coordinator) directly - carla.barbour@dundeecity.gov.uk.

These deadlines are for school staff to prepare the necessary paperwork and to allow time for written consent to be received. If you wish a review to be considered it is important that you contact the school on 13th August.

Timetable Changes

If you would like to discuss possible changes to your timetable as a result of your results your Guidance Teachers will be available to meet with you in the school library on Monday 12th August between 2- 3.15pm.

If you are not able to come in on Monday please see your Guidance Teacher as soon as possible when you return to school. Please be aware that you should continue to attend your current subjects until any timetable changes have agreed and processed.
