Creative Competitions for 2020

Reminder of creative competitions to take part in this term:

1. Rotary Young Photographer of the year (all year groups) Task: produce a portfolio of three photographs based upon the theme ‘Through my Eyes’. Photographs may be taken on phones or DLSR cameras. Black and white or colour- printed no bigger than A4. Entries and entry forms must be with Miss Speedie by 31st of Jan. Please see Miss Speedie for an entry form
   • Groupings- Age on 31st Aug 2019
   • Intermediate: 11 to 13 years old
   • Senior: 14 to 17 years old 
2. Royal Scottish Academy (all year groups) Task: Create an artwork on ANY theme- in any media- no bigger than A2. Categories judged separately and winner in each category. Entries must be with Miss Speedie by Wednesday 26th February.
   • Junior (S1 & S2)
   • Intermediate (S3 & S4)
   • Senior (S5 & S6)
3. National Galleries Scotland- (S1-3 only) Task: Create an artwork on the theme Climate change (Painting, drawing photograph, print etc). No Bigger than A3. Entries must be with Miss Speedie by April 13th.
