Grove Sports Day

Sports day is on FRIDAY 27th MAY

Information for competitors:

• Where to meet: Dawson Park pavilion, where you change for PE
• When to meet: 08:45
• What to wear: Come dressed ready to compete, changing rooms will not be accessible. Bring suitable clothing for the weather on the day. Wear your house colours if you can!
• What to bring: Drinks, snacks, packed lunch, money for refreshment stall if required, any other clothing you need on the day. Sun cream if its sunny.
• What NOT to bring: Anything valuable. You will keep your bags with you as you move round the events, anything you bring will be at your own risk.
• When we finish: We will be at Dawson park all day. You will be dismissed from Dawson park at 2:50pm
• Bikes: If you ride your bike to Dawson, we will lock them up in our secure area in the morning and unlock this only at the end of the day

Information for non-competitors:

• Come to school as normal on Friday morning, attend classes and go for lunch.
• Normal school uniform should be worn
• After lunch go to your normal class where you will be registered and then walked up to Dawson to cheer on your friends and house
• A refreshments stall will be available should you wish to bring some money to buy things
• Bring/wear something in your house colours to support your house – banners and flags are encouraged!
• There may be a chance to get involved in some fun and easy games to help win points for your house so bring your game face!
• You will be dismissed From Dawson at 2.50pm
