Not to be outdone by the S3 classes, Mrs MacLeans S4 class produced their take on Christmas cakes using a sponge filling rather than fruit. Well done!
S3 tried something new with Miss Kelly this year and made a rich fruit cake, covered with marzipan then iced and decorated their cakes. The cakes turned out to be a huge success and looked fabulous. Close ups of the cakes can be found in the gallery.
