P7 to S1 Transition – Overview

Moving from primary to secondary school is an important step. At Grove Academy, transition takes place throughout P7 and is carefully planned to help every learner feel welcomed, supported and ready to begin S1.

Throughout the year, learners and families will have opportunities to get to know Grove Academy, meet the people who will support them, visit the school and find out more about life in S1.

We work closely with our primary schools and families to ensure that learners receive the transition support that is right for them.
